How website enquiries, written orders and purchases are handled.
Website purpose and operator
This website presents the Crafted Wonders collection and enquiry service operated by 四川匠成世珍艺术品有限公司 in China. An artwork page invites an enquiry; it does not by itself reserve a work or create an order.
Artwork information
We aim to present information accurately, but photographs, colour reproduction, dimensions, materials, maker, technique, date, edition, certificate, condition and intended use may require work-level confirmation. A written quotation or order document identifies the information relied upon for a transaction.
Enquiries and written orders
Before payment, the written quotation or order confirmation identifies the legal seller, exact work, price, currency, payment route, packing, delivery, insurance and any work-specific terms. The order is formed when that document is accepted and payment is received as stated there.
Delivery, returns and damage
The Delivery, Returns & Claims policy forms the general customer terms for packing, transit insurance, arrival checks, damage claims, change-of-mind returns and refunds. The written order can add terms needed for the particular work or destination, without removing any right that cannot legally be limited.
Taxes and duties
Unless the written order says destination charges are included, the recipient is responsible for import VAT, customs duty, brokerage, storage and other destination charges. Customs authorities make the final assessment.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, design and owned imagery are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. Third-party rights remain with their owners.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with operation or use website content unlawfully.
Third-party services
Links to email, WhatsApp, hosting or other services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party content.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and orders are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly. If it remains unresolved, the competent court at the seller's domicile has jurisdiction unless the written quotation provides an agreed arbitration forum or mandatory law requires another forum.
